Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on h31bd:

  • Must not have had a previous account cancelled

2.2 Registration Process

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The following terms apply when making deposits on h31bd:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
  • Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such deposits will be cancelled.
  • Deposit processing is generally instant; if there is a delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process.

h31bd follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and financing of illegal activities. Suspicious transactions are automatically flagged for review and the relevant account may be suspended.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

h31bd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Please read the following terms carefully before using this bonus:

  • To claim the bonus, a first deposit must be made to the account.
  • To withdraw the bonus, a wager of 25 times the total bonus amount must be placed (wagering requirement 25x).
  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • The bonus may only be used once and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • h31bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.2 VIP Program

h31bd has three VIP tiers and a weekly cashback applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's gaming activity.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

In cases of bonus abuse (such as multiple accounts, collusion, or artificial wagering), h31bd may cancel the bonus and permanently close the account.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

  • All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • h31bd is not responsible for disconnections that occur during game processing.
  • h31bd reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout resulting from a technical error.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

  • Bets cannot be changed once they have been finalised.
  • If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • Odds are subject to change at any time — the odds at the time of placing the bet are final.
  • Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h31bd platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Opening an account in a third party's name
  • Using bots or automated software
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
  • Registering under a false identity
  • Attempting to access another member's account
  • Collusion or deliberate match manipulation
  • Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of balance and legal action where necessary.
